SHIVAM MACHINE TOOLS was incorporated in the year 1987. We deal with manufacturing of nozzle plungers, guide pins, eccentric pins, ejector pin and bushes, Aluminum rollers used in printing machineries, precision shafts and sleeve and various other precision tool room products as per customer’s drawing & specification

Our Precision Tool Room is fully equipped with CNC Turning, CNC Milling Machine and other conventional Machinery like Surface Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder & Jig Boring Machines.

We also have a dedicated Inspection Room, where all the products manufactured by us are inspected under a controlled temperature.

Measuring Tools and Equipments

As quality being our biggest criteria we have equipped ourselves with various measuring instruments.
Apart from the basic measuring instruments like micrometer, vernier and height gauges, we also have precision instruments which include:

Precision dial bore gauges with micron dials,
3 point internal micrometer of various ranges,
Optical profile projector with DRO (Nikon, Japan)
Rockwell hardness tester.
Slip Gauge Set.

All these are periodically calibrated as per ISO Standards.
